Phil Micale

Phil Micale

Geologist by day, musician by night. The west coast's Phil Micale has been writing and performing songs for about 16 years now – playing the odd pub gig, parties for friends, and whatever opportunities came up. Until he won a competition that saw him on stage with Jimmy Barnes in front of 5,500 people – which flicked a switch and now all he wants to do is get back on that stage, and is regularly seen gigging around North-West Tasmania to a passionate local audience.
