Sustainability

At The Unconformity, sustainability means taking action in the interest of the future. As an arts organisation embedded on the West Coast, we play a role in caring for  the long-term health of our environment, community and economy. This duty of care is both a responsibility and opportunity to imagine what regenerative transformation  could look like for our region. 

We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact, supporting climate positive action and using culture as a space to experiment, question and influence long-term change. Our approach is place-based, practical and always evolving–working alongside our community and partners to test new ideas, learn from what works, and share what we discover. 

We don’t aim for perfection. We aim to keep learning, take responsibility and contribute to a more resilient, connected and sustainable West Coast.
