Keith Corbett

Keith Corbett is a Tasmanian-born geologist who has been lucky enough to spend most of his life working in the mountains of Tasmania. This has included a PhD study of the Denison Range in the South-West, and a Masters study of the Mt Lyell Mine area. He has been able to climb and explore the nooks and crannies of all the West Coast Range mountains. He actually knows some geological stuff about unconformities! His particular pleasures since retiring include showing people interesting geological places, and working with others to develop walking tracks around Queenstown.

The Unconformity acknowledges the palawa people as the original and traditional custodians of lutruwita/Tasmania. We commit to working respectfully to honour their ongoing cultural and spiritual connections to this land.
