Geologies

Dancer – Wendy Morrow
Composer and Visual Artist – Leigh Hobba
Musicians – Thibaud Pavlovic Hobba leading the Southernwood String Quartet

Geologies is a contemporary performance for dancer, string quartet, and print based installation. The work explores the body as geology; a deep story paralleling deep time recalled through ideas of lineage and themes of ‘river’. Performed in two locations, Geologies will premiere at the Theatre Royal as an overture to the performances in Queenstown.
